In the year 2000, Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. embarked on fulfilling its vision of providing stylish and contemporary living spaces to college students and bring them closer to their schools.
The company recognized that the housing options available to students at the time were often cramped, dull, inconducive to learning. And many young people had to endure grueling commutes to get to school.
Torre Lorenzo specifically developed projects aimed at students, starting with the Torre Lorenzo Tower near De La Salle University in Taft Avenue, followed by 2Torre Lorenzo also in the area, and Torre Central in the university belt. Many other projects of the same theme are underway.
Torre Lorenzo’s success in the untapped and lucrative niche market has enabled it to expand its scope and develop communities for the upscale hotel and leisure segment and undertake projects with an aspirational quality.
